Does Real Food Need Label?<\/p>\n

You don’t find ingredients label on an apple or potato. Because they are not manufactured!
\nA very smart doctor on YouTube said, “if it has a label don’t eat it”.
\nHe was right! Real food doesn’t need a label to telling you what’s inside the container.
\nIt doesn’t need a label because it didn’t come from a factory! Farms are where real food comes from. Eat real food like your ancestors did.<\/p>\n

It’s easier for us now because we can still go to the store and buy real food. Thousands of years ago they had to walk the fields and forest searching for food. We have is easy now.<\/p>\n
